Are the houses prefabricated?The houses are not prefabricated. We carry out a study and design the architectural plan based on the needs and specifications for each house separately.

Are you taking on all the work?We undertake all the construction of the project where it includes. Architectural study and design, building permits, reinforced concrete base, construction of accommodation with plumbing and electrical, decoration, heating, exterior positioning of buildings with jacuzzi - swimming pools, roads, parking, tree planting, etc.

What is the cost per square meter?The cost per square meter ranges from €950 - €1,200. An architectural and financial study is being carried out for the exact cost of the project.

How is masonry made?Our masonry technology consists of metal columns - galvanized hollow beams, aerated concrete, insulating materials, rockwool insulation, breathable membrane, O.S.B, ceiling panels, fireproof masonry with cement outside and inside, stone cladding and wood cladding depending on the models and the construction.

Τα σπίτια A-FRAME πως κατασκευάζονται;Τα σπίτια A-FRAME είναι μεταλλικές κατασκευές. Τα υλικά κατασκευής τους αποτελούνται από μεταλλική κοιλοδοκοί γαλβανιζέ, τριπλή μόνωσή εσωτερικά στην τοιχοποιΐα πετροβάμβακα, πολυστερίνη, ειδικό πάνελ πολυουρεθάνης, ΟSB, επένδυση μελαμίνης εσωτερικά , ραμποτέ, γυψοσανίδα, πλακάκια, τεχνητό ξύλο WPC εξωτερικά.

Τα σπίτια χρειάζονται συντήρηση;Όχι όλα τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούμε δεν χρειάζονται συντήρηση και είναι φιλικά προς το περιβάλλον.

Is the house ready for use with plumbing and electricity?The houses we build and deliver are ready to use with all electrical and plumbing installed.

What is a smart home?In all our houses there is a smart home installation for all your needs. We place tablets on the wall where you can manage all your functions as well as from your mobile phone. We manufacture cabinets that accept all electrical panels, modems and the server for the smart home. All automations are custom made by us and we use the home assistant software. We provide free training on their operation to make your life easier.

What is the delivery time?The delivery time for the completion and construction of the house varies from 3 to 4 months. Depending on the project and the season you ask.

Are they fire-proof - earthquake-proof and what energy class do they have?All our houses are fireproof and earthquakeproof (120-minute fireproof, particularly slow-burning)They have energy class A certification.

Do you have a civil engineer and do you issue building permits?We have civil engineers and issue building permits for the construction of the houses. The cost is not included in the price of the houses. It is in consultation with the customers.

In which areas do you undertake construction?We undertake construction throughout Greece and Cyprus. Transportation costs are not included in the price.
